Call for PTA Budget Requests

March is when the PTA is starting to plan and budget for the upcoming school year. If you have a new or ongoing budget request for next year, please email it to by fourth Friday of March.

Once we receive all the requests, we will hold two public budget meetings around April to construct and review the upcoming budget – your input is welcome!

If you are proposing a budget for a new program or expense, you should consider attending one of the budget meetings to present additional information for your program or supply additional information in writing.

The draft budget will be presented to the PTA board at the board meeting in May and will then be presented and voted on by the community at the PTA General meeting.
