Welcome New Families to West Woodland
Thank you for choosing West Woodland for your child’s education. We welcome you to our school family! Your child’s achievement, safety and well-being are our top priorities. New Family & K Family Tours for 2024-25
Know someone who has a child entering Kindergarten in the 2024-2025 school year or moving into the West Woodand school zone? Please let them know that the West Woodland PTA will be hosting building tours. Please check the School Calendar for the latest dates.
New Student Enrollment starts Jan 2nd and School Choice Enrollment begins Feb 1st.
Kindergarten Tour Guides Needed

Popsicles on the Playground
This event is focused on the incoming Kindergartners and new students to West Woodland Elementary.
- Meet our fabulous kindergarten teachers and principal
- Gather useful information to help your student start the year off right
And most importantly….start making connections with other families and students!
Stay Informed & Kindergarten Play Dates
Until school starts, the best way for you to get updates about West Woodland is by signing up for the PTA Newsletter. During the month of August, play dates are held on the West Woodland playground to allow children to meet their new classmates, and to give you an opportunity to connect with other incoming families.
Taking Care of Business Day
In one short visit to school, you can do all the things you need to do to get your child ready for the first day of school. This includes bulk school supplies, pictures, school forms, etc.
