    This is a time of much change and uncertainty.  With schools closed and playgrounds roped off, it’s normal for children and adults to experience a range of feelings.  Creating daily routines can support your household's emotional wellness, and Seattle Schools is providing tips and tools to help you through this challenging time.

    You can find resources for nurturing emotional wellness at home, as well as social-emotional curriculum by grade level for home use, here:   

    West Woodland has also created a counselor resource page with expert advice and ideas for family activities. The Counselor page has two section: The Home Page where you can find resources for counseling and support and the Covid-19: Ideas and Activities for specific resources about support in dealing with Covid-19.
