    The PTA is starting to plan and budget for next school year. If you have a new or ongoing budget request for next year, please fill out the Budget Request Form and return to the treasurer box or email it to westwoodlandtreasurer@gmail.com by Monday, March 26th (paper forms can also be found above the treasurer's box in the office).

    Once we receive all the requests, we will hold two public budget meetings to construct and review the upcoming budget - your input is welcome! Both meetings will be at Ha! restaurant in Fremont (4256 Fremont Ave. N.).

    First: Wed, April 4 at 6:30

    Second: Mon, April 23 at 6:30

    If you are proposing a budget for a new program or expense, you should consider attending one of the budget meetings to present additional information for your program or supply additional information in writing.

    The draft budget will be presented to the PTA board at the board meeting on Tuesday, May 1st and will then be presented and voted on by the community at the PTA General meeting on Thursday, May 10th.
