    Free Flu Vaccinations
    Posted on 09/12/2019

Seattle Public Schools is partnering with the Seattle Visiting Nurse Association (SVNA) to deliver flu vaccinations to interested students (ages 4 and older), staff and community members during school on Tuesday October 29 from 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. SVNA accepts most insurance, cash and checks ($40) for adults and all insurance including Medicaid and Apple Health for children. Children up to age 19 who do not have health insurance can write in "no insurance" on the form and can get the flu shot free through the federal Vaccine for Children program. Some students receive their flu vaccination from their primary care doctor, pediatrician, or from their local pharmacy. If you want your student to receive a flu vaccination during school hours, please fill out the form completely and return to "Nurse Ann" at school.

Thank you for protecting yourself, your child, and your community from the flu. If you have any questions, email "Nurse Ann" at or call 206-252-1607.
