    Have something to add to the West Woodland Website?  Please do the following:

    To Post an Announcement or Event: 

    • Write a blurb in an email, (~600 characters or less), 
    • Include a <50 character headline for the weekly newsletter. This will be used to link to your announcement in the weekly newsletter.
    • State the dates for how long information needs to be on the web site.
    • Email the information to both of these people with as much lead time as you can give:

    Note - the Newsletter goes out each Sunday during the school year. Please give 3 days lead time to ensure your item is included.

    Often you may have more to say than will fit in a 600 character blurb. In that case let us help you build out a detail page or section on the West Woodland site. Follow the instructions below to get your detail page built.

    To Post a Detail Page: 

    • Write content into a Word Document or email.
    • Email the information, along with any images to the Web Producer, Milissa Regan at
    • Include the following:
      • Permission to use/publish any images (see Photo/Video guidelines)
      • URLs/email addresses to be linked
      • Date you need it posted by
      • Date it should come down off the web (if necessary)
